Council forced to cart water to Woolomin community after 400-litre fuel spill

7179692-3x2-460x307Residents of Woolomin near Tamworth in north-west New South Wales are being asked not to drink ground water because of fuel contamination.

Tamworth Regional Council said the general store, which also provided a fuel service to the community, had recently discovered a leaking fuel tank which had compromised the local ground water.
